Automatic Nest System

The Star Agri automatic community roll-away nest is the result of years of development and practical experience with laying nests. It is used for broiler breeders and commercial layers.

Features and advantages of the system:

The construction is simple and stabie, and therefore the nest can be assem bied and cleaned easily.
It is produced from plasticized polywood and galvanized metal plate. It has an expulsion system that makes it possible to remove the hens periodically from the nest. A time clock activates the expulsion system. Such a system improves productivity due to less broodiness thus more eggs, cleaner eggs, less floor eggs and less cracked or broken eggs.

The egg collection takes place by 2 separated egg belts that are controlled by a variable speed switch.
Eggs can be controlled at any time of the day, and because the eggs are cooled quicker hatchability is improved.

It is possible to open the lid of the nest so that the nest and collection belt are visible and easily accessible.

The astro-turf mats provide floor covering for the nest; it needs minimum care and can be removed for cleaning without any problem.

The system offers labour saving up to 50%.

A recommendation for the most ideal bran lay-out will be made on the basis of the width of the house and the type and number of birds in the house.
