Chimney
General:The ADO chimney system can be adapted to suit any type of house. ADO ventilation chimneys are up to 45% more energy efficient because of the innovative air-intake cone and air-outlet cone, the large diameter and the efficient fan. The wall of the chimney and throttle and recirculation valves are insulated, preventing energy loss and condensation. Thanks to the high air output of each chimney, you require less chimneys. This results in lower installation and maintenance costs.
Flange:
A rigid or a flexible flange version can be chosen. The flexible flange (ADO-D) fits every type of roof and is bonded to the roof with an adhesive. The rigid flange offers you a choice of a lead-through in the ridge or on one side of the roof. Rigid flange units with the lead-through on one side can be supplied for corrugated sheeting and profiled roofs and for every desired pitch of roof.
Dampers:
If dampers are used, there is a choice between the ADO-TS or the ADO-TIS. This last damper is insulated and totally seals the chimney. The dampers can be controlled by an AF24-motor with open/close control. Or by an AF24-SR-motor with a 0-10V input when used as a proportionally controlled throttle valve. Both motors are equipped with a spring return which ensures that the valves are opened in the event of a power failure.
Butterfly valve:
Chimneys can also be sealed using butterfly valves. In an emergency, the butterfly valves can be opened using the emergency opener (ADO-NO). This can be done fully automatically in combination with a motor and emergency power opener.
Segmental tubes:
The segmental tubes are assembild from separate parts which are jammed between two different connection pieces (ADO-SK and ADO-SI). The advantages of this segmental tube assembly are lower product prices and reduce transport costs. The segmental tubes are available in any desired length up to 6 meters.
