Floor Drinking System
The Star floor drinking system is the ideal drinker for your poultry, maximizing the profitability of your poultry enterprise, it is easy to install, to operate and to manage.
Star floor nipple drinking system advantages
Water is supplied via a pressure regulator with flush system and available for the end or the middle connection.
The system consists of 3 m long elements which are supplied pre-assembled, these elements are then coupled together according to the length of the house resulting in a considerable saving on installation time and cost.
The suspension line is fed through a ceiling pulley and connected to the central holsting cable, this cable passes the entire length of the house to the hand winch, thus permitting an easy height adjustment of the drinking line.
The drinking lines heights and the line water pressure are very important to ensure that birds get adequate water requirements without any water spillage.
Star nipple is manufactured of stainless steel for maintenance free operation. The nipple's high flow rate ensures a large droplet which is necessary to attract chicks and to provide sufficient intake for heavy broilers. Better output through reduced mortality, better growth and feed conversion. The system gives birds fresh, clean and hygienical water free from pollution which gives healthier birds. Dry litter will reduce ammonia emission, reduce condemnation and gives better house environments.

A breather unit is fitted at the end of each drinking line. 
An electrical shocker wire or a dubble wire are used with breeders or layers as a mount protection. 
The drinking line is suspended by hangers which are simply hooked onto the aluminium rail at 3 m intervals.
