Rotating Disc Fan Cooling System
The Star rotating disc fan is an ideal cooling and humidification system for poultry and livestock building. lt also can be used in greenhouses and outdoor cooling.The system doesn't use nozzle, high pressure pump or compressors, and therefore there is no clogging of nozzles. So it is less sensitive for water quality.
It is very easy to install the units, also it works with normal water line pressure of 1 to 6 bars.
The rotating disc fan sprinkles the water on the backside of a rotating disc. This causes the water to swing with high speed to the outside of the disc. There, the water will be scattered by a ring of pins, through which a water haze arises.
The Star rotating disc fan pulverizes the water by centrifugal force to very small water droplets from 10 - 25 micron depending on the adjected water capacity. The cooling effect is controled by air humidity and water droplets.
Tow versions can be supplied, a hanging unit or a mobil unit.
The system can be controled by thermostat/hygrostat, timer or any climate computer.
